Where do you ship?
We currently ship to 18 selected countries across Europe. At checkout, you’ll see if delivery is available to your location.

Which currencies do you accept?
We accept payments in Euro (EUR), Pound Sterling (GBP), United States Dollar (USD), and Canadian Dollar (CAD).

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 5–12 business days, depending on your location and local carriers.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
Some countries may charge customs duties or local taxes. These are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at support@minimalwarmth.shop. If your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to make changes.

What is your return policy?
You may return items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. For full details, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

How do I request a refund?
Contact us at support@minimalwarmth.shop with your order details. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your order and place a new one.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please email us right away with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
